Thank you for taking the time to stop by. Please let me introduce you to THE WHOLESOME CHEF. 
 

 My name is Ashley Kalar. My mission is to align eating healthy with building a connection to what our bodies need to feel nourished. This helps creates balance in all different aspects of life. I am a compassionate person and have a caring nature. I find myself showing this more often in making home cooked dishes for loved ones. Not only because I enjoy and find peace in cooking but because I know that a meal prepped and cooked with positive intention brings a special depth of vitality. 

I began this business because I love to cook and eat healthy. I have an eagerness to help people and decided that

In addition, I care greatly about flavor and love meals that bring a curiosity that lingers on tastebuds. Just because it is healthy does not mean it should be bland and boring. Living in New Hampshire, we are blessed with the four seasons. I incorporate the produce that is in season to supply each dish with as much nutrients as possible. I often incorporate different cuisines from around the world in my inspiration for cooking. I am a versatile chef that embraces different spices, herbs and sauces to elevate a meal into an experience. 

 

Everyone is on their own journey and along the way the connections that stand out make it even more spectacular! I look forward to supporting you with wholesome nourishment.
